Worst customer service in the business.

Waste of my time trying to resolve issues. No one has the time to be on hold for an hour then sent to voice mail to never receive a call back. them get an email. 0 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

They are HORRIBLE

Failed to process a $1000 + charge and CHARGED ME FOR IT anyway.. they Kept telling me they would process it and DID NOT...kept asking for docs we already gave them 2 x.. so far has Failed to refund the money to my customer.

Haven’t been helped

Was charged a higher fee than normal and wanted to see why. I was on hold and transferred to SIX different people. No one could helpfinally, after an HOUR of being on the phone, I had a guy leave a message for a manager to call me that day. That was 2 days ago. Im ready to now cancel my account as Ive been a loyal customer for 6 years and no one seems to want to help answer my questions.

Broken terminal

was told I need a new terminal because the little black bar is missing after it got dropped. At the time the person gave me a number to call to see if I could get a reduced rate. I got busy and misplaced the number. If you could e mail it to me it would be helpful. Thank you very much for following up.

Technical support

After an update my A920 stopped reading card inserts and swipes. I called in to tech support to get it fixed they were helpful and polite. After various tries to fix it, sent out a replacement unit as promised and completed the job. Thank you and the tech support agent was great!

False commitment for rates & charges from agent, poor customer service,

its a scam company, all the agents trained are sweet talker, they made me sign a contract &; agent said don't worry i will move the charges away if anything comes on the statement, 12 months down i am being charges 56$ a month. termination fees is 700$ . everytime i call them there is a different person with fake name & extension , they promise they would work on it and they don't. they say they would email they don't. pay more percentage to Square.com with no commitment but do not get trapped in less percentage fees. the company Pay Anywhere also known as Total merchant service. today they charged me 119$ in yearly regulatory fees. when i said it was not in my contract and my agent Rahim Mehboob Surani is not answering the calls for over 8 month they just hung up on me after 45 mins of waiting on call and transferring from one to other agent. they have so many fake names and all the extensions are false over calls. Why is no one there to stop these Mafia cheater company who is sucking money out of us. i told them my business closed in march of 2020 due to Covid 19 crisis but they said i have signed a 3 year contract i have to pay.

Avoid charges on shipping

This really wasn't a "PISSED" Customer complaint, or a complaint at all. We just needed an understanding as to how the system worked with shipping. Would it be nice if there was not a charge (FEE) associated with shipping charge CERTAINLY. As shipping is a Service not a product. However, we understand PayAnywhere is also rendering a service and needs to be compensated. Thanks for everything, PayAnywhere still makes our Customers experience more satisfying. Robert Wise

I don't trust this company at all. They lie. This company claims to have a Pay as You Go program with a flat rate of 2.69% for swiped, dipped, or tapped transactions. However, they are currently billing me 2.69% + .19 per transaction. They claim that this was part of a repricing project due to my large volume of transactions (even though my total monthly volume does not exceed 6K). They claim to have sent me a letter regarding the fee, but I received no such letter. They refused to refund me the additional .19 per transaction and have not lowered the rate. I am switching to a new company. Their customer service dept is terrible. It's impossible to get anything resolved right away. They say, "I'll submit the request for you" and then you never hear back from them. You have to follow up on every issue. You can't speak to a manager. No one will call you back. You can't get a straight answer out of anyone. I'm closing my account. They're ripping me off. Don't get me started on the *** app and the website. It is slow and *** The reports are terrible. Don't do business with this company.
