Holding funds

They accepted charges from our clients but won't release the funds to us. They have been holding the funds for 2 weeks. Now they say they will return the money to the customers and that will take another week. The head of the departments name is Danal. I think his name is really Anal. Only use them if you can afford to not get money from your sales.

Sucks. Customer service doesnt know and doesnt understand the problem to solve. They just ask one question what is your name? Even I asked talk to someone else sounds like theres no one else over there to talk just phones came back to first person who she didnt understand any word I said.

This was a lost I dont have the product, or the funds. You all stating a monthly charge that I don't have .

You suppose to take the percentage out of every transaction that was process. This company has tried everything to keep my funds. I wish my wife wouldnt never recommend this company to me for my first business. You all have drain me for what reason I dont know.

I should have reasearch this company before I took anyones advice. Starting a new business I knew it would have some hick ups but not like this. First sell did not receive the funds and lost out on the product that I brought to make a profit off. .

I ask you all to refund the money to the customer and you all refused to do that. The rep kept sending me back and forth to the bank, If the paperwork wasnt right the first time you all should have caught that. On the letterhead from the bank it states it was my personal account. If I needed to open a business account your rep should have mention that at the beginning.

I have spoken to many different reps and Managers and stated to them, they was on a recorded called, and every person stated I will receive my funds within 48 to 72 hours in my bank account. Then I found out you all was sending it to the bank with the name M2guns when the account name is not M2guns and the letterhead from the bank stated it was Manfred Matthews account, name on the account. I wouldnt have known that if I didnt ask, whats the account name you all are sending the funds too, thats when I discover why it wasnt excepting the payment. You all did NOT, mention that to me.

This is a sad matter and you all still trying to get funds from me that I dont have. The pandemic has put a strain on a lot of families thats why I decided to open a business to help provide for my family and this company still trying to take that away. This is why a lot of small businesses dont last because of companies like this. Situations like this discourage many people not to start a new business.

I will be writing my local news station about this matter, and on social media to see how many other customers you all did this too. I'm drained and can't deal with this Situation anymore I have had a headache dealing with you all when I should be overjoyed in starting a business to support my wife and kids.

Haven’t been helped

Was charged a higher fee than normal and wanted to see why. I was on hold and transferred to SIX different people. No one could helpfinally, after an HOUR of being on the phone, I had a guy leave a message for a manager to call me that day. That was 2 days ago. Im ready to now cancel my account as Ive been a loyal customer for 6 years and no one seems to want to help answer my questions.

was told I need a new terminal because the little black bar is missing after it got dropped. At the time the person gave me a number to call to see if I could get a reduced rate. False commitment for rates & charges from agent, poor customer service,

its a scam company, all the agents trained are sweet talker, they made me sign a contract &; agent said don't worry i will move the charges away if anything comes on the statement, 12 months down i am being charges 56$ a month. termination fees is 700$ . everytime i call them there is a different person with fake name & extension , they promise they would work on it and they don't. they say they would email they don't. pay more percentage to Square.com with no commitment but do not get trapped in less percentage fees. the company Pay Anywhere also known as Total merchant service. today they charged me 119$ in yearly regulatory fees. when i said it was not in my contract and my agent Rahim Mehboob Surani is not answering the calls for over 8 month they just hung up on me after 45 mins of waiting on call and transferring from one to other agent. they have so many fake names and all the extensions are false over calls. Why is no one there to stop these Mafia cheater company who is sucking money out of us. i told them my business closed in march of 2020 due to Covid 19 crisis but they said i have signed a 3 year contract i have to pay.

After an update my A920 stopped reading card inserts and swipes. I called in to tech support to get it fixed they were helpful and polite. After various tries to fix it, sent out a replacement unit as promised and completed the job. Thank you and the tech support agent was great!
